Pricing & Payment

• Prices stated on the website apply to all orders made through the website. All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Any additional charges will be clearly displayed in the “Total Cost” section at checkout.

• MINKPINK has the right to change or update information at any time without any warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions which appear on the website.

• If the incorrect information has been specified for an item you have purchased, MINKPINK will notify you of this error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you within seven (7) working days, we will cancel the order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs will be charged in addition to the purchase price of your product/s, which is clearly displayed (when applicable) and included in the “Total Cost” section at checkout.

• We will carry out a pre-authorization check on the card used for purchase to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product/s you have purchased will not be dispatched until this check has been completed and payment has been accepted.

• Dispatch times may vary depending on the availability of the product.

• If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable - whether due to incorrect address details, non-response to delivery calling cards or failure to track the parcel etc. - an additional shipping & handling fee will be applied to have it re-sent.

4. Entries into the promotion open on 25/09/24 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 30/09/2024 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter, Individuals must visit www.minkpink.com and purchase from the Saguaro collection or buy any full priced item during the Promotional Period. All contact and delivery details must be complete and decipherable for purchases to qualify for an entry. 
6. Qualifying purchases enable one (1) entry per transaction. Individuals can qualify for more than one entry by making multiple transactions only.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries/contact/delivery details will be deemed invalid.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s Head Office address, Level 6, 15 Bourke Road Mascot, NSW, 2020, Australia on 08/10/2024 at 10.30am AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. • The first valid entry drawn will win six (6) general admission tickets to Cactus Country, 4986 Murray Valley Highway, Strathmerton VIC 3641. Transport to and from the event is at the expense of the winner. Tickets are single use and are valid for general admission within 12 months of being notified as the winner. 
12. The prize includes tickets to attend Cactus Country only. Transfers, travel to the venue, related spending money, accommodation, meals, taxes, insurance, identification documents, all other ancillary costs are not included and will be incurred as an expense by the winner and/or their companions.
13. The winner and their companions are responsible for obtaining any and all documents and/or travel insurances for the prize when necessary and if applicable.
14. The winner is responsible for any and all additional government taxes and charges associated with the prize.
15. The prize can be redeemed by the winner only and cannot be transferred to any other person, including family members unless agreed with the Promoter or Cactus Country. 
16. In the event of world event, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, the closure of Cactus Country or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter or Cactus Country reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify the prize.
17. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not accept/confirm receipt of the prize by 17/10/2024, then the prize will be forfeit and may be offered to reserve entries in the order in which they were drawn.
18. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19. Total prize pool value is up to AU$135 at the time of the promotion. Any change to general admission ticket price will not incur additional costs to the winner.
20. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
21. Entrants consent to the Promoter and/or Cactus Country using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Cactus Country.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to the closure of Cactus Country, technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
23. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or the Cactus Country website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) or Cactus Country is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s or Cactus Country’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use / taking of the prize.
