You are welcome to return full-priced items that are in original condition within 14 days for Australian orders and within 21 days for international orders. We do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping costs.

Please read our full returns policy below and ensure your return meets these conditions before lodging a return.

HOW TO RETURN - Australian orders
We've partnered with Refundid to allow you to get your refund instantly, as soon as it's lodged via the form below.

Please note: if you paid for your order with a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service like Afterpay, your payments will not be cancelled. You will be refunded instantly from Refundid and you can then use the refunded money to repay your outstanding balance with your BNPL provider, less the return shipping costs.

RETURNS POLICY

SALE ITEMS

- Sale items or items purchased during a sale or promotional event can only be returned for store credit or if deemed faulty.

ITEMS PURCHASED FROM STOCKISTS

- Please note that the returns policy applies to purchases made online through the MINKPINK website (www.minkpink.com). We cannot accept returns on items purchased from stockists, such as David Jones, Shopbop or Revolve. This includes faulty items.

GARMENT CONDITIONS

- Returned items must not be worn, used, washed, or altered in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging. All original tags, labels and swimwear hygiene stickers must still be attached.

- All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the item price via your original payment method or we will issue you a credit note.

- If we receive a returned item that does not adhere to the returns policy below, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH CREDIT NOTE OR GIFT CARD

- If you purchased your full-price item with a credit note or gift card, you will be issued with a credit note to the value of the purchase price of your item/s.

RETURN SHIPPING

- All return postage costs are at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or not as ordered, or is deemed faulty, in which case you must first contact us at hello@minkpink.com.

- We do not cover return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

- The items you choose to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit or incorrectly addressed by the customer. We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME 

- Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt to the payment method used for the order. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

- PayPal refunds clear almost immediately, while credit card refunds can take up to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.

AFTERPAY, ZIP PAY & KLARNA

- All full-priced items purchased with Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers Afterpay, Zip Pay or Klarna are eligible to be returned.

- If a standard refund has been requested, any remaining scheduled payments will be adjusted/cancelled, and any completed instalments will be refunded to you by the payment platform minus original shipping charges.

- If a credit note has been issued, your original payment schedule with the payment platform will continue until all instalments are completed.

- If you receive a refund via Refundid, your payments with the BNPL service will not be cancelled. You will be refunded instantly from Refundid and you can then use the refunded money to repay your outstanding balance with your BNPL provider, less the return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

- We do not offer direct exchanges. We kindly ask that you return the item/s and place a new order. 

FAULTY ITEMS

- We cannot accept returns of faulty items that were purchased from a stockist. The items must be returned to the store that they were originally purchased from.

- If you believe your item purchased directly from this website (www.minkpink.com) is faulty, please contact us at hello@minkpink.com quoting your order number and include a description and images of the fault.

- Once we have confirmed the item as faulty please return the item to us. The coverage of return postage costs must be confirmed by us prior to the return of the items.

- Upon receipt of your returned faulty item we will issue a refund or credit note to the value of the item.

- We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
