As a Club MINKPINK Member, you can enjoy exclusive rewards and benefits. Members can earn points on all purchases and redeem them for discounts on future orders.

In addition, members have access to member-only promotions, early access to sales, exclusive birthday gifts, and more. Members can also earn more points by leaving reviews, introducing MINKPINK to a friend and more.

To check your Club MINKPINK rewards points balance, simply login in to your account and check your point balance on reward page or reward tab.

When you have rewards available, simply choose from the reward options on your logged in reward page, and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.

Your points will be credited 21 days after the order is fulfilled. You can check your points on reward page.

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with MINKPINK i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.

The expiration date applies to a total amount of points and gets updated every time you complete a new activity on our store.

Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it. Points will be added to your account after your friend completes their first purchase on our website. Please note it might take 24 hours for points to be credited to your account.

When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your 'Rewards History' to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

Make sure your birthday is entered within your account. We will send you a birthday gift by email 2 weeks before your birthday so you can treat yourself to something special! If you don't receive your birthday gift, please get in touch with us - hello@minkpink.com

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If it's a partial return, only the points of returned items will be deducted.

If you used points for the purchase that you are returning, those points will be added back to your rewards account.
